NOON SUNSHINE: No, we always don't ask any sample fee from our customers, not even new customer who just ask us sending different kinds of samples to check workmanship and quality. There is only one case that samples need to be charged, that's many pcs of sales samples which need to do small pot dye for customers' pre-sale.

NOON SUNSHINE: For new tech pack new style, since we need to source and prepare correct or similar materials first, including pattern and sewing time, it needs 7-9 days generally. For revised fit samples, we only need around 4 days. For some top urgent samples, we can give top priority and finish it within 1-2 days.

NOON SUNSHINE: We have stationed QCs do inspections for Bulk materials & Semi-products on line & Finished products, since our QC team live in our factory industry zone, so they can do frequent inspections for bulk, generally 3 times each week patrol inspections for on-line semi-proudcts.

NOON SUNSHINE: Yes, we have our own designs every season, and we always offer new styles to our customers. We do OEM & ODM services.

NOON SUNSHINE: No, 9:00am - 21:00pm is only our general work time, but our merchandisers always check cell phone email boxes during off work time even holidays, if find something urgent, they always reply emails immediately, we always offer our customers best services.
